We ship all over the world with FEDEX from Arizona . Each delivery is safely tracked.  Delivery time to your door is usually 7 business days worldwide.
-All ready to hang Canvas Paintings are carefully packed in sturdy double layered cardboard boxes
-Extra Large Canvas Paintings are carefully packed , rolled and shipped in sturdy cardboard shipping tubes.
-All Large Prints are carefully packed , rolled and shipped in sturdy cardboard shipping tubes
-All Small Prints up to 12"×12″ are carefully packed in sturdy and protective thick cardboard mailers.
Once you place the order it will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details and expected delivery date.

Paintings

Why are there are no original paintings for sale in your shop?
Contact directly to learn if an original painting has sold, because there are always new works coming up.
I missed out on your last collection of originals, how do I find out about your new work?
The best way  is to sign up to our Newsletter and you will receive a monthly email about our new work, such as Large Abstract Paintings, Huge Prints, or our Interior Decor – Home Renovation Insight stories.
What medium do you use?
Mostly acrylic and mixed media on canvas, sometimes oil.
I’ve bought my painting, will it come ready to hang?
Large Original paintings up to 40 x 40″ come stretched, and ready to hang. Larger pieces are shipped rolled in a tube and need to be brought to a framer for stretching.

Prints

What type of prints do you create?
We print Large Prints with Archival Pigmented Inks, on either paper or canvas. The prints currently available are Limited Editions.
What is the difference between a paper print and a canvas print?
The paper print is printed on archival cotton rag paper and comes with a white inch border. Paper prints need to be framed behind glass to protect against UV damage, moisture and dust.
Canvas prints are printed on unstretched canvas and come with a two inch border to allow for stretching. Canvas print needs to be stretched locally by the customer.
Do the prints come framed?
No, all prints, both paper and canvas are shipped rolled in a tube and would need to be taken to your local framers.
Canvas prints need to be stretched. Once stretched, they are ready to hang. Some like to put also a simple box frame or floating frame, it depends on personal taste.
Paper prints should be framed behind glass – with or without a mount ( we like a 4 or 5 inch mount).
Do you sign your prints?
Yes, all prints are hand-signed by James Angel.
Paper prints are signed, titled and numbered on the front in the white inch border.
Canvas prints are signed titled and numbered on the back.
Will I receive a Certificate of Authenticity
Yes you will receive a certificate signed and dated by James Angel, both for original large painting or Canvas and Paper print.
If I order a print on canvas does that mean it’s an original painting or ready to hang ?
No, if you order a print on canvas it is just a limited edition print, a reproduction of an original painting, you will receive it rolled in a tube and have to bring it to your local framer.
I love this print, it’s square, can you make it rectangular ?
No, sorry, we don’t crop any of our large prints. We can accommodate custom sizing as long as it doesn’t compromise the image.
Is there added texture on the prints?
There is no added texture on the prints, all prints have a flat, matte finish.

How do you ship your paintings/prints?
All ready to hang paintings are packed very carefully in custom made double walled cardboard boxes with layers of bubble wrap.
Custom Extra large paintings are carefully rolled and shipped in extra strong 3mm wall cardboard tubes.
All our prints are rolled and shipped in extra strong 3mm wall cardboard tubes.
We take great care in the packaging process.
I have placed my order, when should I expect my artwork?
Once you place your order it will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details, delivery takes between 5-7 business days. We use premium quality Fedex service with tracking number. All shipments require a signature on delivery.

Returns

What if my piece gets lost or damaged?
If your piece gets lost or damaged, we offer a replacement or full refund.
What if I change my mind?
If you are unhappy with your piece or just change your mind, we offer a full refund up to 14 days after receipt. Customer pays return shipping.
